1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your engagement as an author for Fin-News, a publication of Finixia Dedecons Private Limited. By submitting content, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Content Submission
You are responsible for submitting original, non-infringing content. Content should align with Fin-News’s editorial guidelines and may be edited for clarity, tone, and length. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any submission.
3. Ownership and License
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your content.
- License: By submitting content, you grant Fin-News a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and display the content.
4. Compensation
Your contributions are made on a voluntary basis unless otherwise agreed upon. In the absence of a separate written agreement, no monetary compensation is provided.
5. Conduct and Professionalism
Authors are expected to maintain a respectful tone and engage constructively with readers and staff. Hate speech, harassment, and any form of discrimination are prohibited.
6. Termination of Author Role
Fin-News reserves the right to terminate the author relationship at any time. You may also choose to discontinue your contributions upon written notice.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fin-News harmless from any claims arising from your submissions or actions as an author.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page.
